Adolescent Therapy
(13-17 years old)

$100

55-60 minute session

Many of our teen clients come to therapy because they are struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, difficult family dynamics, school stress, social life challenges, trauma, grief, substance use, and/or low self-esteem. Adolescent therapy is similar to adult, with a heavy emphasis on talk-therapy.

Initial Intake Session

$150

60-90 minute session

The initial intake session consists of reviewing confidentiality and practice policies, building rapport, gaining background information and discussing the client's goals for therapy.

Adult Therapy

$100

55-60 minute session

Through one-on-one individual therapy, adults will be able to explore their relationships with self and others,  identify emotional experiences and express emotions in a safe space, while discussing/implementing changes in their life.

Child/Early adolescence Therapy
(8-12 years old)

55-60 minute session

We support our child clients in learning, relearning, and improving important skills including emotion identification, empathy-building, behavioral management, problem-solving, self-awareness, self-esteem, emotion expression, and coping techniques though play therapy, mindfulness, art therapy and behavioral interventions.

Wondering about Insurance?

Our office only accepts private pay. However, we are happy to provide you a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if reimbursement is an option for you.
